It’s been an amazing time since virtual exploded in the world. Now it’s time to celebrate the innovation, the creativity, the engagement of the top virtual meetings. It’s time to celebrate someone who helps your virtual meeting be engaging!
Here are the 7 categories:
E – Engaging and interact every attendee. This award goes to the virtual meeting that does the best job of engaging and interacting with every attendee. From chat to poll to participatory exercises, this award also includes diversity and inclusion to engage the widest variety of attendees. From ASL to multi-language interpretation to engagement ideas we haven’t thought about yet, click to nominate someone who engaged and interacted with every attendee.
N – Never lead a meeting alone. This award goes to the best producer of the year. A virtual producer is the person behind the scenes who is making all the right things happen at the right time. Factors will include visual presence, technical setup, collaboration with the host and speaker, and…
G – Good looks – best virtual setup: This award goes to the best virtual set up, which includes background, video and sound quality and best on theme images.
A – Air traffic control – This award goes to the best speaker or facilitator who engages with the audience and gets the most psychological and meaningful experience from the audience.
G – Get productive with virtual tools – This award goes to those who make the best use of polls, mentimeters, or other tools for the purposes of engaging and interacting with all participants.
E – End on a high note—This award goes to the virtual meeting that has the best ending whether it is ending in sales or ending in customers wanting to return for a future meeting. Either way, participant enthusiasm will be at an all-time high at the end of the meeting.
O – Overall Best Virtual Conference—This goes to the virtual or hybrid conference that has a strong performance in all of the categories. They engage all participants, have a great producer, have a phenomenal virtual setup, and use virtual tools to further engagement.
All entries will gain exposure and winners will earn a prize for their favorite non-profit (501c3).
