The world is returning to normal and hybrid is on the rise. I was in 4 hybrids in the last week. One was as big as 1,400 people in the audience. I wanted to share a few personal secrets to amazing and better hybrid.
📽️🎤It’s About The Basics – Give virtual the best video (middle, center) and audio (always mic’ed).
🤝🎦No Shaky Cam – A Keynote Camera was super zoomed from the back of an enormous room that shook when anybody walked near it. No.
🔨🏃🏾Fix Faster – On Day 2, the website serving all the links to the hybrid crashed. The virtual MCs worked together to get links to attendees within an hour. We helped prevent angry attendees.
🥈❌🧑🤝🧑🧑🤝🧑 Double The Audience – In a fund-raising hybrid, they were able to double the audience as people from across the country were able to join by providing virtual. They doubled the money they were able to raise.
